There is no question that I love Shakeology. I have discussed the nutritional benefits of it before. It is one of the key cornerstones that helps me achieve real fitness and real health. Here is an easy no bake cookie recipe that you can keep in the freezer or fridge and serves as a healthy snack or dessert.4 scoops chocolate Shakeology powder3 cups oatmeal½ cup peanut butter2 tbs melted butter1 cup milk2 tbs cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract
Hand stir all dry ingredients together. Add milk, butter and vanilla and hand stir.
Add peanut butter and mix with hands.
Roll into small balls, press flat.
