No-Bake Shakeology Protein Bars

There is no question that I love Shakeology. I have discussed the nutritional benefits of it before. It is one of the key cornerstones that helps me achieve real fitness and real health.  As much as I love my ShakeO, there are just times when I need a quick healthy snack on the go. I prefer to avoid soy, corn and wheat products (because I like to avoid GMO foods) so that makes my choices even slimmer. Here is an easy no bake cookie recipe that you can keep in the freezer or fridge and serves as a healthy snack or dessert.

4 scoops chocolate Shakeology powder
3 cups oatmeal
½ cup peanut butter
2 tbs melted butter
1 cup milk
2 tbs cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Hand stir all dry ingredients together. Add milk, butter and vanilla and hand stir.

Add peanut butter and mix with hands.

Roll into small balls, press flat.

Refrigerate overnight.

When you say blend do you mean in the blender and then mix in the peanut butter by hand? Just want to be sure before I try these delicious looking bars out. Thanks!!

No. Acually it is mix, not blend. I do everyting with a strong wooden spoon.
