Now we are not nutritionists but we practice good nutrition on a daily basis and stay up on all the modern research findings. Now if you need a complete overhaul and custom meal plan, please contact a Registered Dietician (R.D.) in your area. An R.D. has studied nutrition in detail and will be able to work with your individually to meet your nutrition needs. If you are simply in need of general nutrition direction, then we have the solution for you.
